Carrier Midea India Private Limited - Faulty AC Not Repaired Under Warranty

It's been almost a month that we are not able to get our AC working correctly. We have registered lots of complaints on the customer support, but they have failed to resolve the problem completely. Every time, a technician visits, he spends hours of fixing the issue by changing the spare parts, but the issue appears again the next day itself. Last time, when we asked the replacement of the complete unit, they registered our complaint, but no action has been taken yet. We have followed up last week for the status, but still no action has been taken yet.
