Slice credit card - Card not closed by SLICE even after 3 months of request
ANIL KUMAR filed complaint against Slice credit card on Aug 29, 2022
I have raised a request to close the slice card on *nd June'**. All the payments/dues are cleared. but till date SLICE has not closed the card. As per the Reserve Bank of India (Credit Card and Debit Card – Issuance and Conduct) Directions, ****, card must be closed within * days from the requested date. I made the request on *nd June'**, therefore as of date ** days have lapsed and the card is not closed therefore Slice is liable to pay compensation as per the RBI guidelines.
