I have Slice credit card, when I checked my CIBIL score, I saw there is one active loan going on based on Quadrailion Bank. I tried to connect to Slice over chat, email and phone to close my account. Still no reply. I am worried about my CIBIL score and if that loan doesn't get close I'll be in trouble. I have used other apps as well. They close the loan as soon as they receives payment. This is not they way any app should do. Slice is taking ** working days to close Slice account and another ** days for NOC and Bank clearance.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
