I gave my car for repair on *th April and was promised cashless claim and repair with in ** days. Now it been ** days and i am without a car and spending out of the pocket due to their unnecessary delays. When ever i reach out to them they will keep putting the blame on the insurance but when i ask for any documented proof of communication with the insurance people and for which i shared my email address with them but such request fall on deaf years. I am in a state of mental stress as they ask me to take the car with full payment and also want to keep the insurance money. I am frustrated with their lack of communication and transparency. In don't know whether the consumer court or police would be able to help me out here, need guidance.
