Mytvs Car Service - Car music system got damaged in cleaning

My name is Vinayak Mohan and I am writing this mail to bring to your notice about my recent experience at myTVS,Horamavu,Kalkerre ,Bangalore service center.

I gave my car ( Renault Duster ) for interior foam cleaning and on **.**.**** and this is my experience.

The car was picked up by the Driver and the inspection was done at the time of pickup and while dropping the car at the service center and all the accessories including the music system was working at the time of receipt of my car. You can see the led panel glowing in the attached report given at the time of receipt.

When I went to pick up the car the music system was not working and no light in the panel. I had several discussions and finally they open can checked all the wiring and everything was fine but system is not working. This was a Pioneer system purchased for ***** Rs and later I took it to Pioneer service center and they gave the report saying that the liquid has gone inside the panel and electronic cards due to mishandling and everything got damaged. See attached images.

They forcefully took the money from me saying that they can generate the gate pass only after making the payment and I made the full payment too.

I have been chasing Sudarshan ( Service Adviser ) and he said he manager will call and no one is responding.

Today I went to service center again at *.** PM and Sudarshan refused to connect to the Manager and he said manager will be back after lunch by *.** PM only and I also wonder about * hours lunch break. Anyway this is not my subject.

Sudarshan also mentioned that he cannot take responsibility if the electronic accessories which is not acceptable with me.

Looking forward to your positive response and resolution to my problem .
