KUN Hyundai - Car servicing issue

I gave my Hyundai Verna car for servicing in KUN Hyundai for general servicing. They kept the car for one day and charged me **,***/-. After * days and *** kilometres run, I found some issue with the gearbox. I kept the car on the road and informed them to take the car. They taken the car and kept with them for a week time and told me its some major issue with the gearbox and it may price more than * lacs to change gearbox. They told the repair charge of gearbox after they open gearbox. I didn't accept and Í wants to give the car to some other service centre. They again charged me **,*** rupees as changing of gear oil.
My points here are
*. In *st service, they must check gear oil.
*. If in *st service gear oil is fine, and if they didn't change gear oil, then why they changed the gear oil in *** kilometres? Because in *** kilometres and in * days time, it's impossible to spoil gear oil.
*. If gear oil is spoiled before *st servicing and they ignored it, it's their responsibility to repair gearbox.
