Mercedes Benz India - car repaired without consent

That the Complainant purchased a Mercedes V*** GLE *** D *MATIC AMG LINE vide chassis No. WINFB*DBOSMO***** bearing No. PB- **-DN **** from IJM PANJAB MOTORS PVT. LTD. MERCEDES BENZ INDIA PVT. LTD.
SCO *** GF, SECTOR **-C, CHANDIGARH-****** on **.**.**** for a sum of INR *.** Crore

That the car was given for inspection under insurance claim as the vehicle met with an accident. That on **.**.****, IJM STAR MOHALI emailed the Complainant that his vehicle has been received by them for the insurance claim under the claim No. **********. That the IJM again emailed the Complainant on **.**.**** that the vehicle is currently under loss investigation by the insurance company in order to update the Complainant. that due to some reason the insurance company did not give the claim therefater the complainant herein asked the agency to retrun the car as submitted.

i was shocked when the agency handed me the bill of **,**,*** which is to be paid by me which is almost ** percent of the cars value. i never gave them the consent to repair the car. it is a clear case of deficiency of service under consumer law of india and internationally.
