I have arranged the transportation of my car from Pune to Jammu through Agarwal Packers &Movers (DRS Group) on **.**.****.Instead of sending the car in a car-carrier, the car has been fraudulently driven by road. The car was intercepted by police for verification and I was intimated by police that the car is being brought by a driver by-road. Police personnel sent me the photographs of the car with dismantled meter accessories so that the company can cheat me to know the actual distance. All the meters were kept dead. Pune to Jammu distance is ****Kms approx. This way the company has cheated me and damaged the car engine, tyres, meters/accessories, wear &tear due to long drive and put a mental agony on me. Even I think passengers might also have been carried in this car. The car has not been delivered till today **.**.**** while it has been dispatched on **.**.****. I limit the damages in total to Rs.******/-.This is total breach of contract for which I have paid. Such cheating cannot be ignored and the penalty/compensation is a must.
