Drivezy - Car not deliveredamount deducted

I booked a car in the year ****, March. Had to cancel the trip due to the lockdown. Asked them for a refund, got money back only in the Drivezy wallet, they refused to transfer in the card. Later, I booked again in ****, Aug. Got all the booking details, money was deducted from the wallet itself but the car details never came in. It still shows that I have an active booking, but no one reached out. Couldn’t cancel it reach the customer care executive. Money still stuck in the wallet. No response far.
