I pree booked the car on ** jan **** by trusting the Kia brand and invested my hard earned money *****/- as a booking amount to Sairam wheels Raipur Chhattisgarh . I was very hopeful that I will get world-class experience with the Korean company. I confirmed the HTX model with black colour
But I am informing you with great pain that to date I have not been confirmed with a delivery date. Every day I am being promised the next date. Despite media is flooded with faster deliveries of Kia motors. I also came to know dealers are taking extra money from walk-in customers and selling cars to such customers. Despite Kia’s online portal for bringing transparency with bookings and deliveries. Such dealers are keeping customers in dark with no transparency and the treatment of dealers staff is very unpleasant I feel like cheated it’s been almost six month and i stilldin,t get my car
