Go Mechanic - Car damaged during servicing

Gave car for standard servicing. Post receipt of car, complained to them about some issue in vehicle not being able to take load, abruptly stopping with switching on the AC. Even after repeated follow ups, no one came or resolution provided. Finally had to get car repaired at Authorised Maruti service station. The fault was due to short circuit in Induction coils which was most probably due to inappropriate wash and cleaning. At Go Mechanic workshop as the problem never existed. The complaint has been escalated to the founders also with no response. One executive tried to close the complaint by offering ****/- but I refused such petty under the table offers
