Murrad filed complaint against Hyundai Motors on Oct 17, 2018

I am writing this with deep heart but i have lost trust in Hyundai motors,
this i in regard to my car HR**AJ****
On *th September **** , all of a sudden the air conditioning and power steering of my car stopped working , the speedo meter showed check engine light, ABS light, steering light and all other lights .
on *th September ,i took my car to Elroy Hyundai , A* okhla , new Delhi , i was handed over my car in a few days , completely fine , as i drove outside the compound of the service center , i started to face the same problem ,i contacted, Mr Birandra Singh , service manager elroy Hyundai , ********** , he told me that some car part needed to be changed , so he would have contacted as soon as he received the car part .
fast forward * weeks during which i kept in contact with mr. Birandra , for which he kept on saying wait wait wait .
When it really started bothering me i called the Hyundai customer care and was asked to drop the car at my nearest service center to get it checked.
so i again took the car on *rd October **** , to Elroy Hyundai .
after hearing no response from their side even after couple of days i contacted the customer care , where i was told a module of the car needed to be changed . which was neither covered by insurance nor Hyundai guarantee , never the less , when i went to receive my car on **th of October , i was shocked when i was told that the repair would cost **,*** , and i quote mr birandra " iska jo pichla major accident hua hai , usme is ghadi ke air bag system nahi badle gaye hai " , after the last major accident this car suffered the air bags of the car were not changed , he even went on to say that , you should not have contacted Hyundai customer care . ( all of this i have in voice recording).
then i contacted Hisar Motors Hyundai ( manav sharma **********, general manager hisar motor Hyundai ) via a telephonic conversation through the customer care , where , he went on to say that "kya pata kya check kia hai wahan " he does'nt trust elroy motors, "ye * saal se purani baat hai agar ghadi theek chal rahi hai to theek haina " this is more than a year old thing and if the car is running fine , then why are you concerned .
to this i said , that i bought the car with air bags to come out when i was in an accident ( god for bid ) , and that * year old statement , made me furious for which i gave him a rebut , then he went on to say , send me the invoice Elroy Hyundai has made and i will get back to you in a day .
i sent him the invoice , which he clearly ignored as it has been more than * days now since i received a reply from his end , the screen shot of the conversation is attached , and the voice recording of the telephonic conversation is with me .
come Monday **th October
no response from any side , i again called the customer care they this time connected me with, Bhuvnesh khanna area manager Hyundai , **********,in the morning i filled him with all the back story , he said that he would tell me what to do step by step , he said that i should get my car checked at some other hyundai service center for my own precaution , and i was shocked to see that the area manager has no trust in elroy hyundai , he went on to say that he would contact elroy hyundai and find out what was the problem , when he was about to disconnect the phone i asked the customer care representative to file a complaint to which area manager stopped me and said that the complaint was raised from there end and no other complaint was required from customer care end , i waited the whole day , no only to find no response , i again contacted him in the evening ,
where i have said ," how much time would you take to contact , elroy hyundai ? would it be done by tomorrow "
to which he replied " no i will do it today only "
i waited again to find no call
i again contacted him today **th October he didn't pick up , then he called me and said that he would call back in ** minutes ,
as usual i waited , and yes no call received , i have all these * calls in recording too.
then i contacted customer care of elroy hyundai , who said that they would make me talk to their senior representative , only to find no call back .
so now
i have lost complete faith in Hyundai
i believe you/ your service centers are here running a con job
i believe you are defrauding people
and your customer care SUCKS .
When i talk logically , either my car has air bags or it does not have air bags
If my car has air bags , then elroy hyundai were trying to pull a con job on me , where they first gave me **,*** estimate for one module and then gave me a **,*** estimate for airbags , in a completely fine car
or
Hisar Motors ahs already pulled a con job on me , where they have perfected the exterior of my car , but the air bags the most costliest part of the car were not changed , in this case i believe they had some deal with insurance company or i don't know , they pulled it off really well.
now i am writing this as a last resort only to make my case strong ,i have been ignored by :

i have recorded conversations of everything if needed i will send them to a higher authority, if i am not answered by anyone from the company i fill have to sue you , just for the sheer reason my car has been stranded more than * months now , i have to pay * times more for my travel , add to that the emi of the car .

all these claims in the mail are true backed with evidence , so don't even try to discredit any of the claims
