I have booked Train ticket via Make my trip on **.**.** from Erode to Triupathi-

Booking ID ref : NR****************
PNR No ref : **********
Amount paid via RBL Bank CC : Rs. **** /-
IRCTC has intimated due to lockdown , trains booking was cancelled for *st May for above PNR & Booking reference. Your cancellation refund will be made to *-* days and contact your booking agent.
When I checked with Make my trip , there was no such credit /refund made so far and no response from Make my trip.
Kindly help to get my refund amount back to my RBL bank CC account.
