Hi,
First of all i need to say that iam a regular customer of paytm mall and i have never faced these kind of difficulties yet. But now iam feeling very bad about the service that the firm is providing to the customers. I can’t even contact their helpine numbers( which they are claiming ****).Then i had send a mail and i didn’t get any response from them.
My problem is that my recent order (Order id: ********** & ) .The order reached my hometown on ** August (by tracking) and due to heavy flood in kerala,paytmmall already informed the delay in delivering the item for * days. Now its all over and ok ,i tried to collect the item and now the status is that the order is cancelled by the client(paytmmall).
I was waiting for more than ** days and the order payment is already done.And now without informing me any reason they have made refund for the order and cancelled it. I lost my valuable time and i consider my time value of money.I need this problem to be solved with proper satisfaction.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
