I have ordered some candles which were delivered to me broken and damaged out of ** * we're in miserable conditions and the product was so called in no return policy which is itself a big nonsense and then I have tried multiple ways to get in touch with them for replacement and they accepted on there website it was showing replacement due by ** and today on ** I have received plants which was cancelled by me and when I am checking the flipkart website it says replacement is cancelled and plants are delievered
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
