I have ordered many products from flipkart but after payment all of them were getting cancelled so I ordered again same product (earphone) but again after payment it started getting cancelled I called them so one of the executives told me that orders are getting cancelled due to limited supply of the items. Again next day I ordered different companies earphones again my orders started getting cancelled so I thought there could be a glitch or something. But when I ordered mobile case again it got cancelled and when I called them they gave me same excuse that due to limited supply your orders are getting cancelled. So I decided to order earphone through my sister's mobile phone and yeah they did not cancelled the order and I received it. My flipkart account it plus account where I do not have to pay delivery charges and I get priority support but looks like whatever I order it gets cancelled. Still haven't solved my problems. They give me same excuse every time I call them and it's been going on since June ****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
