I have ordered a oneplus neckband on **.**.**. they are willing to deliver on **.**.**. they are not contacted till **.**.**. for delivery. they placed a replacement for my product and cancelled my order within some time, Customer executive stated that you didn't answered ivr call for confirmation.
and they are saying that the ivr will attempt * attempts and I only received single call.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
