Bata - Cancelled order refund not received
Gurpreet kaur filed complaint against Bata on Aug 5, 2018
Order no ******** ref no.******* and ******* was placed on **/**/**** of rs *** through bata site by debit card but it was cancelledby them due to quality issues. I talked to customer care executive , they told that refund is credited to my a/c on **/*/**** but the a/c statement do not show any cr. of that amount till date.
Called customer care and mailed them *-* times but they only say mail is forwarded to departmrnt wait for ** hrs always and keep on delaying the matter. Neither they are taking action nor they are giving satisfactory reply of reason. Its been more than ** days now
