Uber Eats India - cancelled my order without refund

I placed an order on uber eats and I was very hungry. first uber eats says to deliver my food in next ** minutes. after ** minutes timing got increased for next ** minutes more. again after that few minutes timing keep on increasing. Then I got involved in other work thinking I will get a call or notification on app. but no call or anything and then uber eats app says we were unable to reach you thus cancelled my order without refund. leaving me hungry after more than ** minutes when they took my money.
