I had ordered two mobiles namely Redmi *A on **/**/**** on Flipkart. After successful completion of my order I got my order id. On the same day Flipkart sent a sms on my mobile that my order had been shipped and would be delivered by **/**/****. Next day I got mail from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled. I talked to their customer care they told me that due to bulk order my order had been cancelled. If it was so then why did Flipkart confirm my order and ship the same and give me assurance that my order would be received by **/**/****? It really disappointed me because I had promised my father to gift him that mobile. I am feeling very bad.That's why I want to lodge a defamation case against Flipkart.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
