Pynk Villa - Cancelled my order and refund not done

I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention and necessary action to the fake online shopping named “Pynkvilla”.I had found this company name on Instagram where products were offering in a big offer then I ordered a Nike mercurial football shoe of amount ****/- which was prepaid by me on date **/*/****. Then I got a message that I’ll be notified once the product will be shipped but it was more than * days I didn’t even get a single notification. Then somehow I got a contact number from one of the customer’s feedback then I made a call to him that however it was showing busy and busy frequently, then again I called him from another number then he hang the phone and messaged me “”Whatsapp only”, now I WhatsApp him about my product details now I got a message that it is under process. I asked more about how long it will take to deliver the product he just sent me a screenshot of terms and condition which is mentioned on the website. When I was starting to ask about what kind of company are you who don’t share the details and valued their customer then the way he was answering it was literally depreciate. After arguing he blocked me on all the platform and cancelled my order. It’s ok fine if my order is cancelled but now I want my money back. I made a survey on Google where many people have been the victim of this fake company ever since it came to the nasty business. I don’t want other people to get victim again as like me and many people. Therefore, this is my kind request to you all kindly make an inquiry and catch this fraud who is maintaining this all and making his victim. Please find the attached details about this guy.
