Make My Trip - Cancelled my air ticket

*. I booked two tickets from BOM-BLR for ** December, on Make My Trip App (for Air Asia ), on * December. for Rs. **** paid to Make My Trip
*. On ** December, I partially cancelled the ticket - for one of the passengers and received refund for that ticket of Rs. ****
*. On ** December, at Air Asia check in counter at Mumbai Airport T*, to my shock I was informed that Make My Trip has cancelled both tickets on this PNR
*. I called Make My Trip helpline and your executive told me that your team will "validate" whether the cancellation has happened from your end, and get back to me in "**-** hours" 
*. This jeopardized my international flight for ** December. Therefore I was left with no option but to book another seat on the same flight on the spot, for which I spend Rs. **** (nearly Rs. **** more than what I originally paid for the flight).
*. Over the next * days I spoke (over international calls) to Make My Trip executives, and heard different accounts: 
- That the ticket was cancelled by me 
- That the ticket was not cancelled, and was live 
- That there is no partial cancellation option in Make My Trip
Over the past * weeks I have undergone a loss of Rs. **** + Rs. **** and tremendous mental harassment and confusion caused by Make My Trip. I have heard differing accounts from your end with no clarity, and have been made multiple promises of resolution and timelines to no avail.
