actually bajaj team taken the cheque no.****** from me in the month of january'** & presented it in february'**. then they issued the medical policy (og-**-****-****-********/********/******) in the month march'** & it was received in the month april'**. after receiving it I made it to cancel & claimed for refund the amount. in the month of august'**** a conversation with the bajaj team i am forwarded the details of cheque cleared details & medical Insurance details.
my company provided to me a medical insurance to me. so i need the refund of the cheque amount.
