I am reaching out after multiple futile attempts to resolve a matter that should’ve been straightforward. I must admit, the quality of service and the levels of incompetence I’ve encountered are frankly, astonishing.
*. Unfulfilled Promise of Delivery: Let’s begin with the sheer disappointment I experienced when the television I eagerly awaited never arrived. It’s not just a product; it’s an experience I invested in, only to be left hanging.
*. Baffling Cancellation: What is truly baffling is that even after I went out of my way, communicating my availability and speaking directly with the courier company, my order was unceremoniously cancelled. Where’s the coordination?
*. Extended Timelines: If the initial delay wasn’t enough, you pushed the timelines even further! It feels as though my time, patience, and commitment mean nothing to your company.
*. Sacrificed Leave and Time: I’ve compromised my professional commitments, not once but twice to be home, anticipating the delivery. Do you realize the tangible and intangible costs of this to me?
*. Foregone Competitive Offers: While your team was busy mishandling my order, I missed out on lucrative offers from your competitors. The difference is now ****INR, and stocks aren’t available. My trust and loyalty to your brand, it seems, were grossly misplaced.
*. Current Stock Outrage: To add salt to the wound, the television is now out of stock! The question arises: was I ever truly valued as a customer?
*. Disheartening Interaction with Nidhi Kumari: My hope to find resolution was met with resistance from Ms. Kumari today. I was denied basic rights like speaking to a supervisor or even knowing their name. This feels like a deliberate attempt to keep me in the dark. I’ve had to search for the Grievance Officer and CEO email addresses on the internet, as Nidhi refused to offer anything other than the customer services email address!
I cannot stress enough how exasperating this entire experience has been. And to be honest, mere words in this email cannot encapsulate the sheer level of frustration I feel.
