I have ordered a wrist watch from Flipkart of MRP **** INR and after discount it was **** INR. I was so happy after placing the order and after dispatching the product, I came to know that order was cancelled.
When I called customer support of Flipkart, an executive told me that Seller has cancelled your order due to price error. As a compensation, Flipkart has added *** INR voucher in my account which I don’t want at all. I want my order delivered at the same price. It is not customer mistake at all. I have spent a lot time on Flipkart only to select the best watch at discounted rate. But I didn’t able to receive the order due to this scenario.
Please help me to get my product at the same discounted price.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
