I booked a hotel at Darbhanga named hotel A.P palace through make my trip bt when I reached hotel then receptionist told me that room is not available & if available then charges per night will be ****/- . We have hiked the price & intimate it to make my trip & we are not taking booking through make my trip even after having this issue make my trip booked room in that hotel & hotel denied me to check in & I have to faced lots of issue in night & now make my trip is denying to refund my money as it was not my mistake it happened due to make my trip then they should refund my money. Worst experience faced ever.
