We have registered for BYJU'S on the demand that it could be cancelled within ** days if not satisfied . I raised cancellation request within the trial period. but now it's more than * and half months. From credit card money is deducted every month.We havent used the tab after the trial period. Everyday I am calling them and they will tell someone will call back in ** minutes and nothing happens. I was kind of forced to buy the product for the trial by the executive, Krishnanunni. He said cancellation and refund is simple process ..I hope actions would be taken against them ..
