Byju's Ed-tech company - Cancellation Refund

Dear Team,
I have taken UPSC IAS course on **th oct **** I received the program.
I am not at all satisfied with this program.
Through this mail, request you to please cancel my enrollment and initiate my refund as soon as possible.
This is my final decision and I want instant cancellation.

I have lost my job also and cant able to pay single emi of this program
Many times I have mailed regarding cancellation & refund,everytime revert me with the same promise that our senior manager will call you.
But none of senior managers called me regarding cancellation.
This is a very pathetic thing you are doing with your customers.
There is no use for byjus program.
I have already raised the cancellation request within **days.
Now it's company's responsibility to cancel the program.
Why they are forcing customers to take legal action against BYJU'S.
Kindly arrange a callback from your cancellation team or senior manager and cancel my enrollment from your end.
