Skill lync - cancellation refund of course from skill lync

i have taken a course on Hybrid Electric Vehicle from Skill lync. they have provided me a loan from third party loan provider Credit Fair. at the time of taking the course i have informed the sales agent about my situation that what if i am unable to pay the Emi. he had given me commitment that i can cancel the course at any time i want though there is no cancellation policy. so after taking the course i have paid the EMI for * months. but after that i have got some financial issues in my home and i am unable to pay the EMI. now when i ask the skill lync for cancellation they are saying that cancellation is not possible. i have submitted images of my chat with the sales agent for giving me commitment for cancellation. and also i have informed them that there is cancellation and refunds is possible in the loan policy. i have going through this * months and i am unable to pay the EMI also. now the *rd party loan providers are sending me legal notices and saying that the recovery agents will come to my home for loan recovery. i dont know what to do. i am also not in a situation of paying the EMI. thats the reason i am writing this to Voxya. please team help me to cancel the course from skill lync and get me out of this.
