Whitehat Jr - Cancellation Refund not paid

I have renewed coding classes for my son in the year Jun **** by paying of Rs ******. On *rd Jan ****, i have discontinued the classes and asked for the refund of Rs.*****. as per the policy i should get the refund by ** working days, but there were no response by the team, and mean while my EMIs were getting deducted month after month. After following up they asked for my source account for transfer and again said it will take ** days. Till now I did not receive the payment and now the finance support team is not responding to any mails.
