Byju - Cancellation Refund and fraudulance

I took admission in Byjus IAS programme on **/**/** by first submitting ****/- as registration fee,then my first EMI was supposed to be on **/**/** but before that on *rd August i registered a cancellation request but the team didn't took it seriously and i had to pay EMI on **/**/** then on **/**/** I again raised a request for cancellation as i have some financial constraints on **/**/** I got a mail reverting to my request,After that i kept calling them on regular basis but they kept telling lie " that our expert will call you in ** hrs " but it didn't happen since then i called everyday continously i never got a call back just fake remark "our executive will call within ** hrs" still i kept calling and taking updates everyday,finally on **/**/** i got a confirmation regarding cancellation and refund,it mentioned my request for refund is under process and i got confirmation on call also that it is cancelled and under refund process but since **/**/** i kept calling them for refund status they said our expert will call but they didnot i kept calling till */**/** more then a month i kept and kept on calling but nothing happened every time every call represntative said only one false remark "our expert will call within ** hrs".But in the due time since **/**/** to till today only the collection team of Byjus is calling and telling me to pay EMI,since **/**/** i called and inform the accounts department as they said they have not recieved any information,the refund executives said yes we will share the information to accounts departmemt but till date they haven't recieved any information and are continously interupting my bank account foe the EMI.
For more then a month only my calls and mails had gone regularaly they always gave false and fake remarks and till date are asking for money.
