Travalook Agency for Airline booking - Cancellation of travolook in not refunded

Hi Travolook Team,

With shameful regrets informing you that your team was unable to refund the amount of Rs **** back in my account. I kept following with your customer care from *st March it's now postponed to *th March.****.

Is your Information Technology tool so outdated that even a refund fails besides the airline booking? I can clearly make out your agency is a hardcore cheat and has a way of extracting peoples money without giving services.

Also when I called up today your customer service person agent was teaching me manners of talking. from **th Feb till *st March **** who waits for an amount of **** to be refunded?

Please revert back and process an immediate refund.
