Travalook Agency for Airline booking - Amount not refunded

I booked my ticket on September *th **** , the amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked
The flight was from Secunderabad to Coimbatore.
The reference number for the ticket is *********
It's been * months but my amount is still not refunded
I am mentally harassed by the customer executive who are of no use
Everytime I am calling they are telling it's been processed and will be refunded within *-* days but still today it has not been refunded
I am from middle class family and this amount is huge for me
Please help me in getting my refund back
