I had a ticket booking with name Poonam Rathod and the hadn't allowed my wife just because of lack of document by their opinion and after my boarding, the indigo people allowed my wife but by that time boarding was closed. So if they can allow my wife why they haven't allowed at the time of boarding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
