I am writing to express my disappointment with the Product Cancellation and Customer Care service. I have order few products from your application later on when I was scrolling the same on other apps same was showing lesser rate then yours. Then I tried to cancel the product and and will do Order from other application. When I connect with your customer support team over WhatsApp. They were replying that he was “frustrating”. I’m sharing screenshot of chat. The service is not as expected, and I am not satisfied with you support staff team.

I request you to please look into this matter and provide a suitable solution at the earliest. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund.
