Dear Sir,
I am a regular customer of Grofers (An e commerce consumer products company) for last two years.
Recently i placed an order with them for ****/- on **/**/**** & after waiting for * days they cancelled my order (despite paying premium membership fee) showing supply disruptions. After a day they again openend their window and selling same items at ** to **% appreciation. They are taking advantage of the situation and manipulating orders and deceiving their faithful customers.
In these times when lock down is going on there are difficulties in going to market and sourcing.
Kindly support me and make them pay for my losses.
