Firstcry - Cancellation of order and refund not initiated

I have ordered two times in First Cry app and the payment also sucesfully debited from my account by you.
However without any information, order got cancelled and there is no refund message sent to my mobile no and also no update in first cry app.
When I asked customer care, after * days the above mentioned subject, they told me your email ID was wrong so that your order cancelled automatic . After asking for refund, they have taken a call for refund. Why the refund process not being initiated from their end.
Apart from this with wrong email ID, * month back I received all my order and also I have proof.
Now for this action I need compensation from company for the prudnent activity.
