VLCC - Cancellation of loan and compensation

I had approached vlcc through an add offer of **% off on lipo laser slimming treatment at Rajarajeshwari nagar Bangalore.
A physiotherapist Dr Apoorva guided by Shipra the cluster manager and Rimpa the slimming head, took my consultation and assured the no harm to the skin even after i mentioned that i had thyroid and HS - a chronic skin untreatable skin condition from past ** years and on continuous medication from many years.
They forced me into processing a loan from Bajaj Finserv and took me to a trial session the same evening at *:**pm,**th January ****.
The same night i had boils of HS on lower body and i ignored thinking its just my regular skin responding but the issue aggravated consecutively for the next * days increasing * to * painful pus filled lemon sized boils under the skin in the buttock region.
The next day I requested them kindly to cancel the loan and discontinue my treatment without mentioning the HS aggregating as I myself was not sure about the reason.
The next week I went to my dermatologist with my concern and he advised me not to take any wellness treatment that may trigger the HS as there’s no primary reason for this new disease.
After this issue all employees were transferred to different other branches and went on a vacation and tried to sell their other treatment. They failed to address my issue even after sending them all my medical records through mail and personally to the employees there. They didn’t respond to any of my mail and never gave a damn it’s been * months of suffering and running behind them for the cancellation of loan and refund procedure.
They made me roam to their branch ** to ** times and forced me sign a bank loan consent form after * months in the name of solving the issue sooner and faster.
They made false assurances of solving this issue by *nd of April and then a mail that requested more time than the stipulated deadline.
After everything done, one of my relative advocate called Shipra to refund due to medical negligence with compensation else and she replied to my advocate saying that I have signed a consent form hence cannot be refunded.

Every time they asked me to come down to the branch for solving this issue and they gave me hopes and assurances of refunding and tried cheating, selling and always said the Delhi corporate office of Vlcc is handling everything and they are not in control and also challenged me to go and complain to any police station or court.
