Upgrad.com - Cancellation of IIIT B FSD program

I have enrolled to a program with upgrad, IIIT Bangalore Full Stack Development course and the course fee was aprox ****** which i had to pay in EMI of ***** to liquiloans.Till now i have paid around **,***. The program started on **th November but i lost my job immediately after that. And i raised an issue on *th December with upgrad to cancel my program as i won't be able to pay them any further. i had multiple email and call conversations with them and the representative kept on changing and stating that they don't have a cancellation policy and the course could not be cancelled. After immense trouble one of the representative told me that as my case is a special case they will put it up with the committee and to provide valid prove that i have been laid off by the company, i begged the HR to give me in writing that i have been laid off and submitted them the prove. But again on **th January the representative changed and closed my case stating that the course cannot be cancelled. I haven't even attended any lecture from the start date and the course is of ** months.
