Baby Samanta filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jun 20, 2019
On *th January **** we booked air ticket from Mumbai to Kolkata which was confirmed. But afterwards MMT sent an email on **th April that they are unable to complete the transactions and refund process have been initiated. But now MMT is saying that they are not going to help for refund of ticket amount and the traveller should have been responded till **th May **. Now we are unable to get our hard earned money of *****/- PLS ADVISE AND HELP.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
