Rac filed complaint against Make My Trip on Feb 9, 2019
Hi Team,
I need to file a complaint against makemy trip.
I raised a request to cancel a ticket.I am active member of mmt double black offer which covers ***% cash back for all active user of this plan for economy class bookings and for * year * cancellation are allowed.There terms and conditions clearly says as listed below however nothing is mentioned about past bookings can not be cancelled under this plan.Now make my trip customer care there managers and management executive are manipulating terms and conditions verbally and on email so that refund can not be done.
