BookMyShow India - cancellation not allowed

I booked * movie tickets for a movie through bookmyshow application under booking is w*ramaa. I mistakenly booked the late night show of **:** pm instead of **:** am. When I tried to cancel the ticket from their app, I found that there is not option provided to cancel the booking. I request the bookmyshow customer care to cancel the tickets. They simply refuses my request and told that refund is not supported for some cinema partners. I had made the cancellation request around ** hours before the movie show time.
This is not fair practice as they are not allowing cancellation. Requesting your help in this matter.
