i have booked tour of europe with Thomas Cook India online.i have paid Rs.*,**,*** from full amount.
due to corona spread in Europe i have told them to postponed my tour to undecided date.but they charge me INR **,*** Cancellation charges.they did not give me detail where they cut this amount. then they told me to give remaining amount as a voucher
but i did not want voucher. i need this amount return in my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
