Byju - cancellation and refund

Hi,
We enrolled for * students in Byjus app for * years vide order id- SO-****************. we have made cancellation of the same via emails (** jan-**** & *-Feb-**) and phone calls within the time . however after one month , they have not cancelled the order . hence they keep on deducting our EMI and have blocked the credit card for the loan amount . I have made no of calls and emails but till date i have not got the refund of our hard earned money . Customer care is giving false commitments every time .
it is requested to take legal action against such fraud / cheating by BYJU -Educational technology company. Also as a mental harassment , please provide me the compensation.
