Byju s - Cancel the learning and Refund the Amount

Dear Sir & Ma'am,
I have buy the BYJU'S learning in my son and daughter but this learning is not good the learning station is not working properly and hang the learning station i have complaints the regarrding issue but BYJU'S not resolved the issue and then after I will mail to cancellation the learning but BYJU'S not take any action for cancellation and daily call the BYJU'S customer care but his saw the mentor is call to you in ** minutes but as on date I have not received any call for BYJU'S mentor.
So I have very worried for BYJU'S.
Kindly cancel the learning and refund the amount immediately.
