I bought a jacket with size M and it was tight so I exchanged for a size bigger that is L and received the product today itself. I tried L and it was not looking like a size bigger at all so again it did not fit me. I tried to exchange/return on app but now the app tells me that I have collected *** insider points so I cannot opt for return/exchange. I called the customer care and had a very long conversation trying to convince them that I didn't claim or collected any insider points. They must have been auto collected due to technical glitch but the representative and even his supervisor did not agree to it and said that they can not do anything anymore and we just have to keep the product with us.
Please please try to understand that if I would've wanted those insider points so much why would I have not collected them when I received the first time M size jacket. It's a bug in your system and now I am not even able to use your product and not even able to get my money back so I can buy another one.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
