Vodafone - Calling parties being told Phone switched off

Hello Team,
Anytime anybody calls me on my phone, they get an audio notification that my number is switched off, even though it is not off. I have been experiencing this since I have moved to Patna for a temporary period. This was operationally working fine back in Mumbai. Please check this.
