**th and **th December ****, * times in * days caller tune activated and amount ( ** + ** = ** rupees ) deducted from my balance. Both the times i have deactivated. I don't know why caller tune is activated without my permission.
Please help refund my amount. How amount will be deducted without customer request approval. This very bad experience I faced.
