Bharti Airtel - Call Drop and Network Issues

I have been using Airtel postpaid for many years and i wasn't happy with Internet speed or network coverage at my home address.. i have filed multiple complaint regarding this matter and their technician also visited my place to check the poor network and agreed for the call drop and no network but till now there is no resolution neither update received. Now customer care is least bothered to concern my issues and not getting proper response from them.. I'm not even able to open airtel app to raise complaint..

I am experiencing the worst signal problem with a network claiming they provide the best coverage through their adds..i have complained about it several number of times to their customer care..i am fed up with them now..they react very well as if they are looking into it but everything seems to be a good 'act'...now a days even i try to complaint they would come with the answer the system is down and network improvement is in progress.

If we don't pay bill on time we get dues , late payments , interest charges and what if we are not getting proper service for what we are paying?

I'd like to claim refund of my phone bills for the last * year and damages for the mental agony.
