Indiacakes - Cakes not delivered to me

I ordered * cakes from India cakes site on ** **.**** morning. Before ordrering I messaged to India cakes agent regarding possibility of availing delivery by *pm n she said u can order and will be delivered by *p.m. so I ordered. But I didn't get even after *pm. They asked me to pay *** rs delivery charges within half an I wil get my orders. I was happy and I paid that to. But I didn't get any calls. I neither got my cakes, nor money. Such a fraud site. I lost total rs ****.** .
